Once you have received your allocation from the Department of Education and you would like to apply for a Qualified School Construction Bond (QSCB) through the Maine Municipal Bond Bank, please fill out the General Resolution Municipal application.   Please indicate on the application that this is for a QSCB borrowing and attach the DOE documentation.  For more information about QSCBs, contact Toni Reed, the General Resolution Program Officer, at the MMBB at 1-800-821-1113.
